Some people think that the best way to deal with the problem is to introduce more physical lessons in the school curriculum. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

 

The increase in the number of obese people put more pressure on the government to spend more money on the health care system. The government must take measures to prevent obesity. It is necessary to provide the education to the students in the schools.

            This essay agrees with this statement because the school curriculum must include the lessons relates to the weight control strategies, diet plan and the life style changes. Firstly, these lessons help them to select good nutritious food that enriched in vitamins, minerals, proteins and avoid those foods that are rich in carbohydrates, cooked in heavy oils like parathas and samosas, bakery items like biscuits are the eatables that are made up of white flour that tend to increase the weight. The students must be aware about the balanced diet must be encouraged to eat organic products and fresh fruits and vegetables. They must be encouraged to decline usage of processed food as well as must be discouraged to eat junk food like burgers and French fries.

 Secondly, the extracurricular activities must be included in the schools They must recruit sports teachers that coach them about the techniques used to play the Badminton and the Table Tennis in professional way. The coaching must be providing for the games that are Internationally famous like the Hockey and Cricket The participation in the sports must be mandatory and they must be encouraged them to perform better. The sports marks must be included in the final assessment. The sports day must be celebrated twice in a year to promote sports activities. The students show good performance must be rewarded. They must have yoga and aerobics teachers to learned exercises that help them to maintain their weight. The exercise produce endorphin hormone and helps them to reduce stress. The stress is also one of the worst factor that cause increase in the weight.

Thirdly, the government must promote the private sector it must provide them fund to equipped themselves with sports facilities. The schools must provide students the national sports center membership to motivate them to perform on local and an international level.

Moreover, the steps must be taken by the government sector includes banned on the advertisement promoted junk food on the television and on the billboards attracted the youngster to eat junk food. Like advertise of 7up and Coke advertises and MacDonald & KFC advertises

In conclusion, obesity is being caused by bad eating habits, intake of high sugar content beverages, fast food, sedentary life style. The effects of this are impacting individuals’ health as well as increased the cost of national healthcare services. The people usually spent two to three hours daily on browsing on different websites like Facebook, Twitter Instagram and LinkedIn. The easy access of mobile and free downloading of WhatsApp and skype also plays leading role in an online communication. The easy access to these websites, the availability of iPhone and mobile and data connections on low rates are also the contribution factors that make online communication easy.

Secondly, the people are now focused towards their career, the inflation rate is increasing which diffuses the gender difference now women are also helping financially, due to time constraint on every individual these social media and apps are gaining popularity. Most of the people unless to meet physically or visiting the home of their friends and relatives they use these platforms to socialize themselves.

Thirdly, the brain draining and empty nest are the common factors that make the use of online communications more popular. The students are studying abroad and better career and future prospects in the abroad countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand they do not able to meet their families on different events and festivals. The use of these app make it easy for them to do video conferencing and video calls. It is the real time communication now they are able to attend the functions where they are not physically present through these apps. The online communication is the need of the current life style. They provide easiest and quickest way to connect with each other in real time and at affordable rate.

All things considered in the recent year we should not forget the tremendous advantages of social online communications. Personally, I believe that benefits overweight any negatives.

The current job market is competitive. I am totally disagreeing with the statement that degree is enough to get good job. Our education system does not collaborate with the current market demands most of the educational institute giving degrees are making money as they don’t have any connections with the labor market demands as most of the curriculum developed are obsolete especially in the developing countries like Pakistan where is lack of resources and unplanned education system results in the production of the human resources those holds degree but do not have adequate skills, when those human resources joined the organizations the company have to bear the loss caused due to their lack of skills and incompetencies.

The employer has plenty of options. The inflation is increasing day by day the fulfillment of financial needs at the early stage of life hinder the students to go for the higher education. I am strongly agree the sooner the students enter in the job market the sooner he learned soft skills as these skills could not be learned in our -educational system.

Parents nowadays are highly concerned about their children future in the early stages of their life. They usually children enrolled them in kindergarten at the age of two years to three years before joining their kinder garden they spend enough time at home with their mother. The educated mother start teaching children at home nowadays variety of books available with colorful pictures and interactive sounds or interactive lessons that helped children to developed interest towards learning at early stage of their life. The sooner the mother take interest in her child development through reading books at home in their leisure time the child aptitude develops towards education. The reading enhancing child imagination and awareness. They learned a lot before going to school. The child learned vocabulary through reading books. Reading bed time stories also helps to build their imagination and creativity. The reading of books that helps them building their character or teach them difference between good and bad deeds also plays an important role in their image building and many lessons they learned through books in their early life make them good citizen and human being that will be useful for the society. The early stage reading helps children in character building. Playing interactive educational games and watching videos although seems to be enhanced their learning but those children in life unable to retained their thoughts at one point where as higher education or professional education required them to be focused and persistent to attained their objectives. Students nowadays are taking stress. Their life is not free from stress. Recently in Lahore the incident happened one of the student died due to the exam stress. The recent research shows the stress taking habit of students to achieved high grades in exams impact on their performance. Those students who take high stress scored less than other students who take less stress. The expectations parents and peer have from the students also increased their anxiety level.

The parents must build up an environment free from stress they must keep less expectations from the children. The parents should not compare the performance of their child from others children. The grade the students get shows their competency at certain level but not necessary they assure you the competency of student to compete in the real world. The success factors in real life depends on various factors not only on academic level performance. There are different ways that are helpful in releasing stress like meditation and yoga.The positive stress is good to achieve the results or performance you have aimed to achieved but negative stress impact on performance. Negative comments & criticism do not develop positive learning environment and do not motivate students to perform better and do not play an important role in their confidence and capacity building. The parents and teachers should develop an environment that encourage them to perform better academically.

The students must follow strict timetable and planned and schedule their daily learning activities they must keep track to record their daily activities. The must planned a head unless to leave the preparation for the end moments. They must relax properly and take proper sleep a day before going for the exam unless to spent whole night in studying because it cause them unbearable physical stress and abstain them to perform better at examination room.

I do not think the only unique product is enough to generate business. First of all whenever we think to start it we must have good planning in the term of the business it is called business plan. When we planned to start business the 1^st key factor that will impact will be the market condition, the economic condition of the country, the political condition of the country also impact on the businesses. The thorough market research before launching the product in the market is necessary to accomplished successful business. We must have good idea about our competitors, we must know their strength and weaknesses. We must conduct comparative analysis of strength and weaknesses before starting business. We must know well what are the opportunities available to penetrate in the market. The successful marketing plan is mandatory to compete in the market. The entrepreneur must have an idea about his expertise before launching the business. What will be the objective of the business? What outcomes they will have expected in the future? During making marketing plan they must have an idea about what will be there product line? What will be the prices of the product items? What will be the raw materials? How the raw material will be channelized to get the end product? Which type of procedures must be involved during the production? What will be the mode of the transportation involved in supplying raw material to the production house and from the production house to the ware house and ware house to the store?
