economic way to learn different languages and cultures and spread ideas. While,
others support the opinion that it is intrusive and invade countries.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
The global
marketing usefulness depends on mutual understanding and bilateral relationship
between two countries. There are some international treaties, international
business laws that are already formulated to foster the trade and promote the
economics of the countries but sometimes some new policies reformulated to make
trading more convenient and effective. Sometimes government implemented zero
rated tax policies on raw material to get more financial benefits whereas
sometimes government focused only to promote business and increases export
these circumstance depends on the favorable economic conditions of the country.
Sometimes countries fear of their competitor’s extraordinary success to condemn
this they increase tariff rates which directly impact on businesses and
slowdown business activities.
The
different countries representatives foster the learning environment to promote
friendliness and business. The communications barriers break up and language
and culture activities promote by the international diplomats whenever
countries make policies to promote economic activities. This make the
relationship stronger and bring people of different countries close to each
other people are welcome on different social media platforms, television
broadcast and radio programs as well as on newspaper and magazines and share
their learning ideas, suggestions and creative solutions to make the process
more effective. When the advertisement broadcast they keep focus to develop ads
in the language that is broadly understandable by vast majority of audience as
well as they also translate in multiple other languages in this way the
language barrier breakup. Example FIFA cup and World cup campaign songs was
played in English the audience who do not know English by listening again and
again they learn the language. The international campaign exchange their
culture by designing heritage dresses that represent the culture of neighboring
country unless they have variety of local and provincial dresses to wear,they
adapt their style and wear those costumes where as their national dresses are
available to wear as well as handicrafts and handmade pottery, utensils,
jewelry also designed to promote business. The food festival also promoted and
people develop new taste buds to try internationally famous recipes where as
local food is available to satisfy their taste buds. The folk and traditional
music also promoted and enchanted the youth audience by performing live dance. Sometimes
countries which are religious so the people sentiments effect due to
hooliganism and vulgarism promote during the festival it is consider to be an
invasion in their ethical and moral values as youngsters easily glamourized and
easily follow the trends which do not respect their cultural and religious
values.
To
conclude, international marketing campaigns can have both invasive and
intrusive impacts on the nation local culture and trade. However, they also
benefit communities in many ways. In my opinion, whether we like them or not we
will continue to see these campaigns in the future too.
